We are holding a bingo card fundraiser to help us generate funds for the extreme costs that will incur over the course of the season. This year, we will need to make purchases that have not fit into the budget in previous years. Since our founding, we have been fortunate enough to have the support of our partnered band program, Floyd Central High School, and have been borrowing a sound system, auxiliary hardware, concert instruments/cymbals, and microphones. For a few reasons, this is no longer viable, and we have to make these major purchases to become fully independent.

Here is a break down of the costs for each purchase we will be making:

Sound System from PreSonus Audio Electronics - $5,488.60
Auxiliary Hardware from Pageantry Innovations - $5,856.75
Concert Instruments from TAMA and Zildjian - $5,032.50
Microphones from Melody Music - $2,295.58

Total Costs - $18,673.43

These costs do not include all of the other costs we have throughout the year: sticks and mallets, drumheads, cables and accessories, uniforms, tarp, props, equipment transport, rehearsal and housing space, equipment storage, music and visual design, instructional staff compensation, and the list goes on. This amounts to well over $50,000 and is barely covered by member fees. So as you can see, we need all the support we can get!


Below, you will see a bingo card. Each box contains a number, and that number corresponds to a dollar amount. Each member will check off a box as they receive a donation. Once they check off all the boxes, they start a new card. Our goal is for every member to fill at least one card. Although INOV8 receives all the funds coming in, the members also get a percentage of each donation toward their member fees for the season.
